At Elderwood Hearth, we gather to listen to the wisdom of plants, wander the forests in curiosity and care, and learn to shape the stories of the land through our own voices and writing. Through shared learning, creativity, crafting herbal remedies, and equipping others to create their own gatherings, we nurture community with all who call this earth home.
We envision a world where people once again gather in community with the earth and one another – where the wisdom of plants, the stories of the land, and the wonder of the forests are carried forth from hearth to whole neighborhoods, and passed from generation to generation, nurturing creativity, belonging, and care for all creation.

Join us once a month as we gather in a warm, welcoming space to explore the wisdom of herbal medicine. Each circle is centered around a seasonal theme, where you’ll learn about the plants, their uses, and how to work with them & your body in simple, meaningful ways.
Together, we will create 3–4 herbal remedies, from teas and tinctures to salves and more, using thoughtfully chosen ingredients. You’ll leave with everything you make, along with the recipes and knowledge to recreate them in your own home.
These circles are a space to slow down, learn, create, and reconnect with nature, with tradition, and with one another.
